They are functional; however, they are wayoverpriced!

I am worried that the spring is too tight on these clips. It is pretty hard to squeeze open to clamp my hair. It doesn't open wide enough to get a good amount of hair in it. I'm worried that the spring is going to cause the clip to break in a short period of time. I would like to know what the expected time frame that this item will last before breaking because the price is a little ridiculously high. They advertise it as though it is an extra special hair clip, but after looking closely at the spring, I have seen the same one in the clips I had before and only paid a third of the cost.

These 1-in clips are really great They hold quite a bit of hair. They're easy to use. They do not break. The color is neutral and goes with everything. There were two to a pack.

My wife had broken her last hair clasp and I was glad to find the exact size to replace her favorite type/color. Thank you for providing length details so I could replace exactly what she wanted.

These hair clips are PERFECT! I am 62 and don't have alot of hair so they are just right. They measure 1.5" wide and clamp securely. The other clips I had like this were less expensive but looked it. The springs in the back were not nicely covered like these are and they broke easily and were not nearly as strong. Wish they had more colors, like brown for us blondies.

I like these because they're low profile - they don't stick out from my head. But they're overpriced.

Very strong and hold part of my hair as I have thick hair. They are just what I wanted.
