I was saving this blanket for my Mom for Christmas. This past week, she was really weak & was in ICU for 4 long days, then 3 more days on med floor, before going home today. I had brought the blanket to the hospital for her, & it was the first smile we’d seen. It’s so soft, she wanted it on all the time, all the way up under her chin. She loved it. Really gave her comfort. All the nurses commented on it, and I could tell she felt special. So glad I got it. The picture is from today, right after they told her she could finally go home.
