Whoever created this stand had everything you need designed into it. With its ability to fold for easy carry, adjustable height, swivel top for laptops, padded and with secure elastic bands to keep laptops from falling, a I phone flexible holder and very sturdy metal parts overall it is a design marvel. Extremely happy with purchase and is a great stage piece. I highly recommend this item,
