The cord stopped working since a day after i started using it

I bought this charger before 3months . It stopped working now . Totally disappointed. I want a replacement for this order . How do I contact the seller ?

Warp charging !
The charger works fine but the cable that came along with it is damaged. It's a bummer but atleast I'm getting Warp charging for my 1+ 7TPro using the old cable.

Short circuits the house's electricity
As soon as you plug the charger and switch it on the entire house's electricity trips. It's even burnt out an extension box. This is really bad and very poor quality. Greatly disappointed
