Stale tasting
Terrible product! I cooked my first pan of it and don tasting it found it was very stale and terrible tasting. I checked the bag for a freshness date, there is none. Wheat is perishable and needs to be stored with care and consumed in a timely manner. This company is obviously lagging on its quality control! Avoid this brand! Upon contacting the company I found that most of their products are "beauty products" and supplements, they are not even a food company.
