Pros:1. Sturdy build quality and great finish.2. Good drip free spout.Cons:1. Glossy finish is prone to water droplet marks.2. The mug is a bit tall for small espresso machines hence won’t produce optimum results.3. The coffee making accessories is indeed a niche market but that doesn’t justify the high price.
