I received two pair of heel cups as ordered. The silicone works much better than plastic I received from someone else previously.

I’m an avid runner and recently discovered that the immense pain I had at the ankle level of my foot was due to Haglund’s Deformity. My doc recommended these inserts for support and they are definitely making my situation a lot better. Fit nicely in my running shoes and they stay in place. Very pleased.

Have gotten better support. They aren’t giving me the support I need for my plantar fasciitis.

Bought these for heel pain around 15 years ago-still have that pair and are still in good shape. Recently bought new pairs because my husband was having heel pain. Using these heel cups in combination with a supportive foot pad is a recipe for heel pain relief. Downside: the cups are too deep for dress shoes and they are not attractive, but once your foot is in the shoe-nobody sees them.

Only one pair was shipped.Edit: Amazon noted that this was a “Fulfilled by Amazon” order, so the missing item was their fault. They credited the purchase back to me and had me reorder.The heel cups are amazing. I was able to rake leaves pain-free.

They continually work their way up and out of the shoe. A real pain to deal with. These were a total waste of my money as they did not provide even a modicum of relief of my pain.

I have really bad heel spurs. These pads help get rid of the pai and inflammation and are very comfortable. They offer a lot of support for my heels.
