Saint John Neumann : His Writings and Spirituality

This biography was written in the first person. The author integrated his words on St. John Neumann with actual text from the saint printed in italics. It was done so well that unless you paid attention to the change in typeface, you did not recognize any change in "voice." This saint is the kind of person more people need to know about - no mystic, no miracles noted, just a dedicated, self-giving person, easy to relate to.

A wonderful book with the writings of one of the greatest Catholic Bishops in History. He gave us so much in such a short life span and was worthy to be made a saint.. From him we have the Catholic School System and the best method of education of all time.

I'm currently reading this but so far it is well written and informative . He is a powerful saint who has always given me an answer to my prayers.

Great read. Really liked that the author wrote in first person. Including writings at the period of life story when they were written helped understanding.
