Best bang for your buck
Given the price, my expectations werent particularly high, but i was pleasantly surprised. The kit is durable and well made, although i imagine i will probably need to rewrap the straightbar after a few months of consistent use. the pulley has wonderfully smooth operation. While i initially used the strap to hang it from my pull-up bar, i was getting enough consistent use out of it that i opted to add a hook to my ceiling with some chain to vary the height as necessary. It's a pretty perfect kit for arm and shoulder workouts, and can be used for cabled ab work, although you have to get a little creative to stay away from the suspended weight or risk smacking yourself. I looked at a lot of kits off of many different websites, and this gives you the most hardware for the money. a good choice overall. While you can use olympic plates on this, it definitely isnt optimal and the weight slips and moves around. Ive had much better luck with the smaller bar plates (3/4 inch), which are available just about everywhere. Additionally, id recommend some kind of pad under the weights, because they get a little loud when you put them back down. The only other quirk i might add is that if you use a lighter weight and speed up on the reps, the weight may start to swing on you a little bit. keeping the weight closer to your max and moving more slowly reduces that, but i could see someone getting a little crazy and putting a hole in their wall that way- just something to watch out for.

Inexpensive Pulley System For Home Gym
This is a very simple pulley system, and if you want something more elaborate, you can probably go to a Home Improvement store and buy some parts, like another pully and get some cable. It's a fairly easy setup and I think I saw some videos on YT that show you how. I haven't used my system much yet, but I have it setup on my Power Rack and now that I have a dedicated workout room, this will make things easier to use. Also, I'm happy that I didn't spend that much on this, about $50 + tax. When I originally looked at this, it was closer to $75 and I think that would've been too much to pay for. $50 is reasonable.

High quality and works with olympic plates
Very happy with this pully system. It works with olympic plates 🤙🤙. I bought two sets so I could do chest flys and other stuff. The cabling has enough length to do mostly anything. Every item in the box including the rubber and plastic pieces felt very well made and solid. For the price can't beat it I hooked it right up to my pre existing squat rack 👍👍

Perfect!
Would definitely recommend buying. I already had a cheaper pulley system attached to the top of my squat rack. I added this one to the bottom and now I can do rows, hit chest and countless other exercises. Just connect the two pulleys and your home gym just got that much more versatile

Pick this set!!!!!
I'm highly impressed! Better than what my gym provided to be honest haha. Very good quality, sturdy product. After hunting and hunting through endless home workout equiptment and seeing all the reviews of others that did the same and decided on this set, I was sold. Great price for the quality and quality you receive! Would recommend!

It is good for starting out
Firstly, I like to say that the product is pretty good, with lots of accessories. Lost one star as the strap to hook the pulley was a bit small for my needs and i had to use some chain instead. Otherwise, pretty OK for starting out. In my opinion, it does what it says. However, using it, i found at times that the weights swing a lot and bang into you. I still use this but also ended up buying the Hardcastle celing mounted pulley as that is just a tad more expensive but allows you to do back pulls without the weight swinging into your back. Overall, it is pretty good for basic weight pulls.

Cables good but pulley wheel bearings gone.
I loved this at first even though it is very pricy for what you get. Another case of 'Lets exploit the population while the gyms are closed'The handles and cable have been good however the pulley-wheel bearings are grinding and about to fail after only around 30 uses. Was bought in Jan this year. The max weight I have on there is 45kg and the max published load is 100kg so it's not a case of coming even close to it's max load. Sad as the window to return is closed so am forced to spend an additional £14 on a new pulley.

Surprisingly brilliant
I was without a pulley system on my rack for a few months so bought this for my clients & I to tide us over and it has been really good, the maximum load we tried on it was 40kg which worked perfectly, it could definitely take more. It was so good & easy to use and move that I order a 2nd one and use both in addition to my pulley system in a cable Pec. Fly sort of fashion which is equally brilliant. Highly recommend, I was sceptical with the price being so low but they’re honestly great and good quality.

Very good for the price.
I bought the 1.8m version and hung out from the pull-up bar of my wall rig. Everything seems to be of good quality with maybe the exception of the straight bar. This is very light with thin padding and a little too narrow for me.The rope extension seems very solid. I was doubtful about the twin handles and using them for flys, but while they aren't as good as a cable crossover machine they work well enough for a home gym.The entire kit was cheaper than a diy option so happy with it overall

Great value for the money
This machine is brilliant,And takes up far less space than other machines that do the same job it does exactly what it’s supposed to ,I have already recommended it to other people .i don’t use massive weights so I’m not sure how it would cope with that but if done up-to 30kg and it was fine .
