What an amazing bit of kit - I love it! Yes its expensive, but quality costs money. If you are looking for your first drone & want that FPV (like you are sitting inside the drone as it flies), bite the bullet. You will not be disappointed.

I’ve owned most of the DJI range of drones over the years. They’re a very professional, grown up, bit of kit. This one is fun!. Easy to use, easy to control, it’s very intuitive. It’s also the closest thing to being Harry Potter on his nimbus broom stick lol! Honestly, till you’ve put the goggles on and been for a flight, you’ve not lived. Absolutely breathtaking!!

Bought this on the recommendation of a friend in Eindhoven. It is so easy to manouver indoors and outdoors. Super range - improved enormously if you live in a region that allows the ham_cfg_support hack. I look forward to using in the coming months to capture awesome footage from lots of events...

This is a great cinewhoop, it uses Li-Ion so you can't expect the punch of a Lipo, but it still flies extremely well.. When it flies! I bought it because I love to fly, but when I tried in my garden, I realised it was locked because its proximity to houses. Fine, I went to a field the day after. Same story. I didn't use it the whole holiday, I mean.. Really, someone else can decide when I can use a drone I paid like 3 traditional quads?? I really hope DJI will reconsider its strategy, I understand there are laws, but this goes a bit beyond that.

This item received on Monday have tried and tried to charge the hand held remote but it won’t charge… absolutely no way to contact anyone for help and as it’s only four days old this is ridiculous … don’t order from this site no back up !!!!

My goggles were missing the rubbers for comfort.??

Unfortunately European users are restricted to CE mode, which at best on the release firmware has a range of 300-350m before completely disconnecting from the Goggles and remote. Once you start breaking line of sight weaving through obstacles, hitting gaps etc, the video signal severely degrades and starts lagging/pixelating. Hopefully* a future firmware update will be able to resolve the issue, or at least bring the drone to a hover instead of crashing in manual mode. I have the DJI FPV and don't experience any of these signal issues.

Lo conseguí a muy buen precio y llego a tiempo. Si eres nuevo en FPV como yo creo es el mejor dron, ya me resistió una buena caída y no le pasó nada, el control Rc motion 2 es una maravilla, aunque debes acostumbrarte a usarlo. Lo único malo es que a diferencia de otros drones de la marca este no incluye su mochilita pero puedes conseguir muchas a buen precio por fuera. LA cámara es únicamente jpg y a pesar de ser de 48 mp no es la mejor, el video si cumple bastante bien y al tener la opción de 4k a 60 fas y 120 a 2k creo es más que suficiente. OJO, si lo que quieres es practicar en el simulador de DJI de una vez ve comprando el control normal ya que el que incluye no lo acepta para el simulador, esperemos en un futuro con actualización ya lo acepte

Ich muss sagen, dass ich wirklich ganz lange gezögert habe und unzählbare Rezensionen gelesen und Video-Reviews der Drohne geschaut habe, ehe ich mich zum Kauf durchringen konnte. Dass meine erste FPV eine DJI werden würde, war mir im Prinzip klar, da ich über die Phantom Serie und später mehreren Mavics von der Marke überzeugt war. Für den Hobbybereich einfach toll. Überzeugt hat mich letztendlich die Möglichkeit, das FPV Feeling relativ schnell durch die Nutzung des Motion Controllers zu erfahren. Zur Drohne selber und dem Lieferumfang kann man im Netz genug lesen. Und jeder, der hier nach der Avata sucht, hat sich zuvor zur Genüge informiert, weshalb ich hier nicht auf technische Details eingehen möchte. Ich möchte nur bestätigen, dass man wirklich ohne vorherige Erfahrungen mit FPV oder Drohnen im Allgemeinen ganz schnell und easy zum Piloten wird. Es macht von der ersten Sekunde einen riesen Spaß und ist intuitiv und schnell erlernbar. Das komplette Installieren und Setup der Goggles, Drohen und des Controllers ist gut beschrieben und kinderleicht. Die Drohne steuert sich wie in einem Videospiel und durch die Goggles ist es, als würde man an Bord sitzen. Ich war vollkommen sprachlos und bin noch immer total begeistert. Man entwickelt schnell ein Gefühl für die Drohne und traut sich auch recht schnell, mal durch ein Tor zu fliegen oder unter einer Bank hindurch. Abstürze steckt die Kleine auch erstaunlich gut weg, da das Gehäuse sehr robust ist. Für mich die schönste Erfahrung in Sachen Drohne, die ich gemacht habe. Für dramatische Landschaftsaufnahmen behalte ich eine Mavic, aber für alles Andere kommt nur noch die Avata mit. Mit dem Flight Controller und etwas Übung kann man mit der AVATA noch viel mehr anstellen... Mit dem Motion Controller fliegt sie weiterhin stabilisiert und durch die Notbremse auch sehr sicher. Für Einsteiger bestens geeignet und auch der versierte Pilot wird im Acro Mode seinen Spaß finden, wenn das Monster von der Leine gelassen wird.

Si quieres experimentar el FPV, ¡este es tu dron! Pero aunque muchas cosas se controlan automáticamente, NO es y sigue siendo un juguete. No es adecuado para principiantes, sólo mi opinión... ¡Calidad, material, control, DJI simplemente puede hacerlo! Por favor, recuerde las leyes, las licencias y también el registro que son necesarios para poder volar este drone.

Il mondo dei droni e' particolare.... DJI ha sempre avuto il primato per i droni cinematografici, ma con questo prodotto sfonda completamente il mondo FPV, ed abbatte tutte quelle barriere che l'fpv comporta. Prima che nascesse Avata, per guidare un fpv bisognava avere conoscenze approfondite, competenze di trasmissione, binding etc etc... e, cosa non trascurabile... ore di volo sulle spalle, o di simulatore, perchè inevitabilmente senza queste il drone sarebbe durato poche ore. Invece Dji tira fuori Avata, che ha la modalità stabilizzata, il gps, il ritorno a casa automatico, le eliche protette, un autonomia pazzesca per un fpv...ed tanto amato/odiato motion controller che gli permette di essere guidato anche da chi non ha mai visto un drone prima...quindi i pro lo snobbano, ma i principianti invece ne rimangono entusiasti...... Avata registra in 4k, ha anche una memoria interna ed ha il visore digitale più bello e leggero che esista, che vi regala un immersione mentre pilotate senza eguali! Avevo mollato i droni proprio perchè era tutto molto lungo e complesso, ma da quando ho ricomprato Avata ho già contagiato amici e parenti, ed ho passato le feste a farlo provare a chiunque, perchè se non avete mai guidato un FPV e' un esperienza che vi farà rimanere a bocca aperta..... infatti sono rimasti completamente allucinati sia mia cognato che mio cugino, che non avevano mai pilotato un drone e che hanno sborsato 1800 euro per avere anche loro avata pro view combo, con aggiunta del fly more kit (indispensabile avere più batterie). Contagiati al primo volo!!!! Dji ha fatto centro, e' un prodotto stupendo che richiede molta meno competenza iniziale rispetto agli altri, e che ha qualità superlative. Costa caro, e' appena uscito, e magari in futuro potrà scendere il prezzo... quello che incide fortemente sono i goggles 2 appena usciti, che costano più del drone in se, ma valgono la spesa.... e se valutato nel complesso come kit non si allontanola di molto come spesa rispetto ad un fpv+visore+radiocomando.... forse riuscirete a spendere qualcosetta meno, ma rinunciando ad un mare di funzioni, ad un prodotto dji, ed ad una qualità video impareggiabile. Ci andrebbe una recensione lunga 2 ore per descrivervelo tutto in dettaglio... ma se cercate un consiglio per l'acquisto, io posso solo dirvi fate bene a comprarlo! Acquistatelo e non ve ne pentirete, se cercate un drone divertente e non volete annoiarvi con i classici droni da fotografia aerea. Vale tutti i soldi che chiedono, e state comunque comprando "l'ultimo modello della Ferrari del mondo dei quad volanti" 😊. Spero di esservi stato utile!
