Pretty Flavorless, But Hard to Dissolve Fully
As advertised, I was surprised just how flavorless this was. I drink it with lemonade stir ins from Walmart and I can't even tell it's in there. Well, I COULDN'T if we were just going on taste, but it does have the strange inability to dissolve completely in my blender bottle. I'm not sure If the lemonade mix oversaturates the water and prevents it from dissolving? But even just 5g of this powder ends up with particles lingering at the bottom of my shaker. I don't mind this. I've had some minor bloating with this product, but I don't believe that to be a side effect of this specific product, and more of creatine in general. If you like creatine, and want to use it to supplement your diet for your personal fitness journey, this one is a fine choice.
