Life-Changing Guide to Recovery and Self-Improvement!
The Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions book has been an invaluable companion on my journey to recovery and self-improvement. As someone who struggled with selfish addiction for years, the principles outlined in this book have truly transformed my life. The 12 steps of Alcoholics Anonymous (AA) provide a roadmap for spiritual and emotional growth, guiding me towards a life of sobriety, service to others, and self-love. Through diligent practice and application of these steps, I have been able to break free from the cycle of addiction and cultivate a sense of purpose and fulfillment. What sets this book apart is its emphasis on not only addressing the outward manifestations of addiction but also delving deep into the underlying spiritual and character defects that fuel addictive behavior. By working through each step with honesty and humility, I have gained valuable insights into myself and have been able to make profound changes in my life. One of the most rewarding aspects of my journey has been the opportunity to be of service to others, which is a core principle of the 12 steps. By sharing my experience, strength, and hope with fellow addicts, I have found a sense of community and connection that I never thought possible. In summary, the Twelve Steps and Twelve Traditions book is a powerful tool for anyone seeking recovery and personal growth. It offers practical guidance, spiritual wisdom, and a path towards lasting change. I am deeply grateful for the impact it has had on my life, and I highly recommend it to anyone on a similar journey of self-discovery and transformation.

Straight to the point and great for people who want something straightforward
I originally bought the big book, and it was too overwhelming for me. This book breaks down the steps in a very succinct and clear way that I can digest and relate to my regular life. I'm not a long book reader and this book is very helpful for me. It is better than Cliff Notes, because it is more robust and gives all the information without going on for pages and pages. I'm so grateful for this book because it has helped me so much to really understand the core of psychology, logic, and it has supported me into growth and evolution not only in my sobriety, but also also in my life. I highly recommend this book

Great tool in getting and staying sober..
This book came in a really good state (I bought it as "used but still good") and I am happy to have it. I am in early sobriety (almost three months) and we are going through the steps in our weekly meeting. Therefore I needed the book. I can highly recommend it because the chapters we have been through so far have really been a great help (even though it brings up a lot of mixed emotions every time, but it is good to sort that out). So... buy it if you need help in this area but also look for someone to go through this with you, because doing this alone can be overwhelming...
