Ever since I started running, I’ve realized the value of a really good pair of socks. In my mind Balega is one of the Premier sock makers I have come by. These are the third pair of socks I have purchased and the second of this style I have run multiple half marathon and marathons in these socks and have never blistered or had any discomfort that I can attribute to the sock itself.I have to admit it took a little bit to believe that there would be this big of a difference between a normal cotton sock and these but after running hundreds of miles in them, I am a firm believer that sucks can make a huge difference in these are some of the best I’ve come by For I feel now is a very fair pricePlease be sure to not put these into the dryer. They will not shrink much but you will see a little bit of a shrinkage from there. If you feel that they’re going to go into the dryer, I would recommend ordering a size up to plan for a shrinkage in the product also, using fabric softener is not recommended for the socks as it interferes with its ability to wick away moisture.

As a tennis teacher who's in shoes and on my feet for 40 hours a week, a compression sock is a must have. These are my favorite, after a search through a half dozen other brands. They're the kind that are actively comfortable when you slip them on. I still have the other socks (I'm not made of money, after all), and my hear sinks a little when I realize I'm out of my Balegas. Worth the money, and are lasting a long time - I purchased my first six months ago, and can't tell between it and the most recent pair that I purchased last month.

Super comfortable, however both socks are fraying on the outside seams within the first hour of use. Playing with my dogs out back with some light jogging.
