Does the job. Great device, helps with correct posture, not just keeping your head aligned. I realized which parts of my upper body & core I have been neglecting due to working on the computer & having chronic fatigue for so many years. It’s affected everything esp my neck, rotator cuffs, and my gait. I like that you can adjust the height. The part where you rest your chin is designed a bit too far out for me, but I can still rest it on the edge. Maybe there should be different sizes to accommodate small necks.

Works well

The product is too small in the spanning width between the swivel joints, resulting in squeezing my neck and inhibiting blood flow. Otherwise it works as intended. It would be better if the frame were flexible and had a longer strap, but the main problem is the inability to widen the distance between the two swivelling, ratcheting joints that go on each side of the user's neck.

It is a very effective, non-intrusive nudge in the right direction for neck posture when sitting at the computer or reading. Unlike proper neck braces, there is no danger of decline in the strength to keep the head up, since you use your own muscles. Excellent idea! Everyone should have one of these for long hours at the computer.
