I usually just post around various groups looking for free nursery pots. Pickings were slim this year, so bought some.These are definitely higher quality than 'used hardware store nursery pots', and I can see myself getting years out of them rather than a season or two. If you're expecting the super heavy duty 'fancy' plastic containers, you're going to be disappointed. If you're expecting nursery pots, you're going to be thrilled.As for shape on these, they are oddly tall for their size. Looking front-on, most nursery pots are pretty close to square, these are significantly taller than wide. I wasn't expecting that, and it turned out to let me fit more pots than I was expecting to fit in my space.I'm going to be using for full lifecycle herbs, make sure to go with larger than #1 pots for bigger plants. I ended up buying both, larger pots for tomatoes and peas.The only downside I've found to them is they don't like being squished sideways as much as the cheaper pots. Managed to crack one already.
