IP3 Solestar

I purchased a pair of Fizik R3 shoes and wore them for a month with original insole, what a mistake, slowly built up foot pain to the point I had to take action. Purchased these insoles and feet instantly relieved. Now love the shoes with the new insoles, even for rides over 75 miles.

After a year of use, for both MTB and gravel, it's definitely better than most shoes typical inserts. I am using them in Giro Terraduro shoes that are a few years old, and have since bought Giro road shoes that came with great insoles with adjustable arch support. Wish these ones were like that- or at least slightly more cushioned in spots for rough terrain. Lately my feet are killing me after 2+ hour rides.

I really like these cycling insoles. Yes, they are stiff and hard. But for a cycling shoe that's a positive as it helps provide a good platform for putting power down to the pedals. Most cycling shoes don't provide good arch support, and these have made mine much more comfortable, especially on long rides.

Doesn't really do much. The positioning of the arch support is actually more like ankle support and does not provide any meaningful actual under arch support. To be clear I have pretty flat feet, so would expect to feel just about any sort of arch support. Additionally, the material is literally just thin plastic which, if you're putting any load on this, flexes like no other.

Be careful because the arch support is very stiff. Some will find them workable but they put too much pressure on my ankles.

Terrific insoles for my Sidis. Much, much better than Supersoles.

Every foot is different but I found these to be better than the stock Shimano S-Phyre and Specialized BG insoles for my flatter feet.

...für gute und sinnvolle, ergonomische Produkte bekannt. Die Griffe setze ich z.B. schon seit Jahren am MTB ein, es gibt meiner Meinung nach keine Besseren. Diese Einlegesohlen kann ich leider nicht empfehlen, sie sind ihr Geld einfach nicht wert, auch wenn Solestar draufsteht.Ich fahre hochwertige MTB-Schuhe von Northwave, Extreme XC, die leider mit bescheidenen Einlegesohlen ausgeliefert werden. Bisher benutzte ich daher SQ-Lab 214 rot Einlegesohlen und wollte jetzt alternativ einfach mal die Ergon ausprobieren. Kein Vergleich. Mit den SQ-Lab Sohlen perfektes "Fußgefühl", mit den Ergon Sohlen einfach bretthartes Feeling, schnelle Taubheitsgefühle in den Zehen. Absolut nicht mein Fall.

Mir persönlich blieb der Aha-Effekt aus, den ich mir von 45,- teuren Einlagen erhofft hatte. Lose unter den Fuss gehalten passt sich sie Einlage sehr gut an. Die Ergonomie ist erstklassig. Größe 44/45 pass perfekt in meinen 44'er Cube Schuh. Die Anhebung des äußeren Zehen empfinde ich als störend. An der Stelle kribbeln mir nach gewisser Zeit die Füße (einschlafen). Steht man in seinen Pedalen, gibt es keinerlei Dämpfung mehr, da die Einlagen Brett hart sind. Mir gefallen die Einlagen nicht.

Tut was sie soll und was beschrieben ist. Wer eine steifere Sohle braucht / will muss halt auf Carbon zurückgreifen aber das kostet halt. Für den Preis finde ich die Sohle super.Mit dieser Sohle kann man noch gut in den Schuhen laufen was mir wichtig war. Sie macht bisher einen sehr guten und hochwertigen Eindruck. Habe sie seit ca. 6 Monaten.

Ideales para ciclismo, para esas zapas que están algo justas y no puedes ponerle unas plantillas normales.Tengo fascitis y uso plantillas en todo mi calzado. Estas sujetan bien... lo justo para que el arco plantar no se resienta de la jornada de bici.

Zum Glück wurde nochmals eine Ergonsohle angeboten. So werden meine Füsse auch langen Ausfahrten nicht müde und ich habe kein Fussbrennen.
