They are great for throwing in a bag, pocket, or sliding into a larger journal. I am giving them 4 stars because only one side side of each page is lined, while the other side is blank. This might not bother some, but I'm not a fan of writing notes on blank pages (my handwriting tends to tilt upwards without a guide.) Otherwise, they are very nice.
