My question is when i got my shea souffle delivered,  it looked like a part of it was scooped out, is this normal?

This is normal for Shea Souffles.

Due to the fact the souffle is very creamy and fluffy when produced after around an hour or two it settles down and takes up less room in the container.

Due to the fact it settles, it can seem that a part was scooped out but it really just shrunk in capacity since there is less air in the shea butter.

I have to disagree in a positive way. I love sandlewood and exotic scents and this is wonderful for me! I am a female who loves this spicey, sexy scent and I get compliments all the time on the scent. I spray on some of my perfume and the mix is enough to make my hubby notice! I think it's for males or females!
