Impressed and Felt GoodI am so happy with the smart cupping therapy set and was very excited to see this product available.It is a very good especially for my back and it relieves pain after suction.I followed the instructions for using a lower setting with the heat and suction, then by comparison, I found that I was fine with mid-range suction and temperature, which felt good.Based on my experience, I recommend:1. Don't use it in the same area for too long, if you feel unbearable pain, please stop immediately2. In order to have a better effect, when using it on the back and waist, you can ask your partner or family members to help you operate it3. The suction mark is smaller than the hamburger paddy, if you want them to disappear as soon as possible, aloe vera cream is a good choice.4. Be wary of using pulse mode on high heat unless it really works for you

Could not use this at all it was very painful for me. So I have only tried it twice since ordering. it just was not for me. But it did however work as described.

I’ve done cupping many times… but this thing isn’t the same. I tried it it on my back at the lowest setting (1) for 20 mins. And after, I felt a burn throughout the day. Wasn’t sure why it felt like that. Until I tried in on my leg where I could see. It gives you blisters! That’s the pain I feel.. and when these blisters pop… man this sucks. Be careful. Spend your money wisely. This product is dangerous!!!

I use this daily. I did give slight heart palpations so would avoid if you have cardiac issues. Does relief pain and knots.

I have been suffering ankle and shoulder pain for a while and went to physical therapist weekly to get some relief for the tight muscle. these cups work great at home for short term relieve of pain.

I purchased this a couple of years ago and it's something that I look forward to using on a weekly basis.

This item does work as it says. However follow the directions and please do not use the pulse mode on high heat. It burned through several layers of skin on my thigh and it took several months to heal after serious infections and a nasty round scar.

Very easy to use. Suction and heat are adjustable, but just want to let you know the suction is strong even in the lowest mode. I had a shoulder pain for so long, just gave it a try. It did help release the tight muscle.
