I must admit I do supplement this at 04.30hrs each morning with x 2 bromelain ( 2400GDU/500MG capsules , x 1 berocca orange flavour dissolved in half pint of filtered tap water along with x2 tablespoons of China seeds soaked in extra Virginia olive oil ( x1 shot glass soaked for ten minutes ) then washed down with another half pint of filtered tap water .
