The design and color is nice but the strap slips off of your shoulder all the time and adjustable thingy is way to heavy for the strap so it slips. You have to adjust the strap according to your lenght all the time.

The hooks are loose and come off every now and then. Don’t buy.

Great quality product, must buy

Ordered the shoulder strap for my handbag, I received it but the loops to fix it to the bag was defective. I requested for a replacement and unfortunately the replacement is worse than the 1st one. I have to keep it now whether I like it or not because not sure if i will get any better the next time.
