Stay away if you suffer from sciatica. Myself and one employee are miserable in this chair, while my business partner is very comfortable. My legs and feet are in more pain than I can even describe while sitting in this chair. Still trying to find something else and will give this chair to a different employee that doesn't have back problems.

This is a 3/5 Chair. Pretty comfortable for your back, butt, and arms. Leg rest is nice to have when you want it and the recline is also good but you have to reach very low to pull it. The only real issue I've had is that the armrests are very wiggly after about 3 days of moving around and you have to retighten them if you want to keep them snug. I think the headline is misleading when it says big and tall because I'm 5'6 and my head is a solid 3-4 inches above the cushion and my legs reach the floor on the most elevated setting sitting up straight.

This is a really comfortable chair. Lots of padding and tons of space. Room for me and my dog next to me. I am however returning it. I'm returning for 2 reasons. The first is it is too high. My feet can't even touch the ground. I feel like a little kid in my dad's chair. Lol The second is it does not rock. The back reclines, but in the discription it says 20 degree of tilt. There is zero tilt. I need to be able to tilt and rock my chair. I emailed the company to ask if somehow I missed how to do it, but have never heard back so I'm just returning.

Unable to lower chair enough and pedals are a little difficult to reach. All in allit is well worth the price.

I've been using this chair for about 4 months now. I am a larger male 6'2" The seat cushion is not very comfortable. The build quality is cheap. The leg rest broke after a month or two... Overall not impressed with it. Look elsewhere.

I should have returned this chair. It is very uncomfortable. Very little padding and is already wearing. You can't sit back in it, feels like you are sliding off the chair. Can't take a nap in it . Foot rest cuts blood supply.

I have a really bad back and ordered this chair when I got stress fractures in both of my feet. I was able to put my feet up and still keep working. Also, I prefer to sit in this to watch TV. I can recline and am very comfortable, which is rare for me if sitting. Highly recommend!
