Are these still real deli papers, or is there some glitch? the brand name says deflactair?? clicking it shows hundreds of random items.. thanks!

can we use these in microwave to cover food?

Seems like a bad idea - it's a wax paper, and neither wax nor paper are safe to be used in a microwave; using a wax paper for that almost certainly is unsafe and asking for trouble.

Can you bake on it like parchment paper?

The DPI Deli Sheets are not as thick/heavy as a regular parchment paper but I have used them to bake cookies and they hold up great. No scorching from the oven heat. I have also used them to reheat cooked bacon in the oven and in the microwave. Works great.

Is this dry wax paper like in deli? Or is it wax paper with shiny wax coating? I’m looking to rewrap deli meat when water content soaks paper
