Absolutely Amazing!!
The media could not be loaded. Seriously stop reading any more reviews. This fireplace is amazing. The directions are a 26 step by step eith pictures, so easy I did it myself with no issues or left over pieces. It looks sooo good in person especially when its dark. Totally worth every penny. Do it you won't regret it.

Cheap and ugly looking.
When this arrived I was all excited, then I took it out of the box. It is cheap and ugly looking. I was returning it till I was told I had to pay for the shipping. I shouldn’t have to pay for the return shipping, so it’s back in the box till I figure out what to do with.

Creates a beautiful ambiance.
I have wanted a fireplace forever and this was the closest I could get that is cost effective. I really like the way the flames look so realistic and the remote makes it very easy to operate. The only disappointing factor is the fireplace looked to me like it had real looking rock surrounding the fire and it is not even close. It is basically a picture of rock, completely flat. We are currently looking for some kind of rock to attach to it because it looks so bad. Other than that we are enjoying the fireplace.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this fireplace with no reviews yet given and took the chance. I absolutely love it. It was very easy to put together and had all pieces labeled. The rotation of the effects make it look like an actual fire, with 3 options for how bright you want the light. Very relaxing. Heating elements works great and even has a timer for convenience. Very pleased with my purchase!

It’s not 3 D stones I should have looked at picture better. You can tell not 3 D.
Do not like this. It’s not 3 D and looks cheap. I am going to try to add 3 d stones. And see if it will look better. Sorry but I would not recommended this product.

Pretty but high grade cardboard that from a distance looks brick . Difficult to assemble multiple parts
