I sprayed this under the hood of my car and let it sit for about 30 seconds. It did a remarkable job on an engine and hood that hadn't been cleaned in years. CAUTION!--research your car before you do this. My car was a 1991 and didn't have a lot of the electronic ignition that most all cars have now.

We have 900 feet of vinyl fence surrounding our property and Simple Green is the best product we have used on it. We highly recommend it!

I tried this HD cleaner in my parts washer. It is a modified Harbor Freight unit, that drains/pulls from a 5 gallon bucket with a heating element in it. I've always used the HF brand degreaser/cleaner that has worked pretty well. I've been a fan of Simple Green in my ultrasonic cleaner for carburetors and small pieces, and thought this HD purple stuff might be great in the parts washer. It definitely is, for a little while. It works great, especially when it heats up. It degreases and cleans metal easily and quickly. Unfortunately I notice it loses it's effectiveness fairly quickly when it gets dirty. This happens much faster than the previous degreaser I was using. I have to change this out after every project as it just won't clean anymore. Great while it lasts, but I wish it would hold up a bit longer.
