WOW! Kept food cold for 12 hours (using the method below).
Wow. A former New Yorker, I love Sabrett hot dogs but cannot find them anywhere on the West Coast (I live in Washington State). Bought two of these insulated bags on the odd chance I would find Sabrett hot dogs in the supermarkets in Ft. Lauderdale. Well, I did! I bought 6 packs of the long dogs to take home. This was a risk as the dogs would be unrefrigerated for at least 12 hours. Here's how I did it. I kept the dogs in the fridge in the hotel room until the last minute. I had frozen 4 ice holders (the blue kind). I put each pack of hot dogs in a thin insulated mailing envelope (from Walmart). I put the ice holder in first, then inserted a thicker insulated envelope (Amazon BIN B0BT3N3FD3). I put one pack of dogs in and brought the thick envelope over it, then inserted the second pack of dogs, and pulled the end of the envelope over that. I put another thick envelope on top of that, the next pack of dogs, and then the ice holder, ending with putting the thick envelope of it and zipping the bag. I repeated it for the second bag. We left the hotel at noon. It was 98 degrees and 70% humidity at that time. I got in the car and put the carryon suitcase in the back seat of the car (the hot dogs were in it). I drove to the rental car place and returned the car. I got shuttled to the airport, then took the airport shuttle to the terminal. I arrived at 1:30 I had hours to kill before my flight which took off at 6 p.m. for Washington State. I got home at 12:00 a.m.. When I unpacked the dogs, they were ice cold! The ice was still frozen solid. I can now enjoy my favorited hot dogs here on the West Coast, at least for as long as they last. Please note, this method has three insulated means: The thin envelope, the thick envelope, and the bag itself. I cannot attest to the 12 hour period using the bag alone, but it sure kept the ice solid and the dogs cold with the extra help. Please note while you can transport hotdogs in your carryon bag in the USA domestic flights, you will most likely be pulled aside and have your luggage searched if you use this method. The insulated envelopes in addition to the bag is too much aluminum and sets of the alarm at TSA. They can clearly see the hot dogs, but because the alarm is triggered they are required to search the bag. It was worth it for me. The TSA folks got a good laugh at my transporting all those hot dogs!

It's just right
Big enough on the inside to hold what you need, and small enough on the outside to not make you feel self conscious about carrying a lunch bag, it will fit in with all your professional bags for work. It works just fine, and will keep your items warm or cold.

Packed a small lunch
I like the different pockets, it’s an attractive lunch bag and very sturdy. I would’ve given It 5 stars but it’s a little compact in there. I couldn’t fit my entire lunch in there. So if you use it for snacks it’s perfect but if you are needing more room it’s going to be a small problem. I ended up purchasing another one from somewhere else that is soo much roomier.

Good purchase!
I was looking for something to keep snack items cold in the car on a long car ride. I was able to fit our overnight oat containers, juice bottles and fresh fruit all in with an ice block. The separate pockets for spoons and napkins and such are great because they don't get moist from condensation. You can even carry some bars or other type dry items in them. We recently had to use ice and when it melted left a puddle inside but no water leaked out as I have had happen with other coolers. I was super happy!
