Hi hat ride and crash so three and the sound quality is ok for the price. My 11 yr old enjoys playing this set.

Make sure all the cables are plugged correctly and at the right place. Also make sure the signal connection line is plugged right on the sound module . It's also possible that the headphones/speaker is not working or not plugged at the right place
