Oh, my goodness! I have the most unpredictable irregular period on the face of the universe! It is supposed to help regulate your cycles by balancing your hormones and so far, it has done just that for me. I started taking it when my period started and within a couple of days I could tell it was working. No more sore breasts, cramps weren't are strong anymore and my periods didn't last more than 7 days. Then as my second period came about, everything was a breeze, not much of a heavy bleeding, barely any cramps if any, no soreness of my breasts. I can't speak anymore highly of this, it is amazing! The only thing I noticed was that it brought back my period two weeks after I started to take it but I think it's normal as it is working to normalize my cycle and balance everything. I'm sure by the third cycle, things should be in order. The taste is very distinct but to me it isn't unpleasant so that's your warning. Some ginger, honey and lemon should help out with the taste and they are also good for your health.
