I had a very unfortunate incident but FORIOUS-USA was there to help. Let me explain. I purchased a beautiful bathroom faucet and got it delivered just in time to complete my bathroom remodeling project. However I had to abandoned the installation mid-way during my absence my mother However figure I had finished the job and installed the faucet because it seemed that way and decided to dispose of the box without looking inside the box to realize that the water likes and quick connect hardware was still inside because like I mentioned I only installed it half way, meaning I still had to connect the water lines and fasten the faucet. However the hoses and hardware were in the box that my poor mother threw away. Already stressed from remodeling my intire bathroom by my self and finding mom accidentally threw away on trash day the rest of the hardware I need to install my faucet just added to my stress.. so I decided to look for these pieces at my local lowes and home depot and as I feared, couldn't find those pieces without having to buy another faucet. After many searches and painful disappointments I decided to reach out to FORIOUS-USA and explained my situation to my surprise they understood my situation and went out of their way to help me complete my project by sending me a whole new faucet free of charge with that relieving me of my stressful situation. Perfect for my DIY master bath update. Seriously drop dead gorgeous. I ordered three other faucets, and they juts didn’t give me the vibe I was going for. This was it! I didn’t like the drain that came with, so I ordered different, larger chrome drain (also from Amazon) and now my renovation is complete. Very happy with my purchase.

My husband likes the height of the faucet with the under mount sink in the vanity we used to remodel. We picked this color because the house we bought needed a bathroom update, but the shower door was already gold tone. He installed himself.

Can't say enough about this product. Quality is great, can easily compare to higher priced products that you see in home improvement stores but about half the price.Works great and the install was easy.I had a slight issue with one piece of the unit and one email later it was resolved.Would definitely recommend and purchase again.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of this faucet. It was easy to install and included good quality feed lines. The water pressure is very high with this faucet. I had adjust the water pressure with the shut off valves to under the sink and now it is how I like it.

This may be the best purchase I've made on Amazon. The faucet is very well made, includes all the parts and hoses needed to install; is incredibly packaged and comes with a lifetime warranty. It's all metal, including the drain. The package label showed a price of $199, which may closer resemble the value of the faucet. I'd give it 6 stars if I could.

I installed it in under 10 minutes. It looks and feels high-end.

Needed to replace a sink. My old one was so scratched and worn with an old ugly faucet. I bought this one and so far pleased with it. I also installed the faucet and new stopper. I did have to change out the p trap (pipe) because it was not lining up right from where the old sink was. That was kind of a headache but I love how it looks so I’m pretty happy with it.
