odeur très agréable : sent vraiment la lavande. C'est mon rhumatologue qui m'a conseillée de prendre de l'arnica ( anti-inflammatoire et moins cher ) et ça marche .

Initially used for bruising,but found it also was brilliant for muscle pain. Love the addition of lavender oil, especially when used at night. Non sticky, instantly cooling& not needed anti-inflammatory or pain relief since using. Natural plant remedy. Works for me.
