Great Seat For An Inflatable Spa
The only thing we don’t care for with an inflatable spa, also known as our personal cool pool, is that it has no seats like a traditional spa. You’re pretty much sitting on the ground if you want to soak. Or you can float and drift about from side to side. So we were looking for something to act as a seat and keep us off the bottom. We found many styles of pool chairs and floaties, but most are too big. These spas are supposed to be 52 inches inner diameter, which sounds like enough room for floaties. But fitting and moving are two different things. So we measured give-or-take 50 inches, and were shopping floaties no more than 4 feet to allow for some movement. When we found this type of flexible 44-inch-long hammock, it looked perfect. We like it a lot. The color is great. It was moderately easy to inflate. It works for exactly what we wanted. It’s a personal seat to be in the water but not on the ground. And at 28 inches wide, we have some room to drift from side to side. We like the hammock position the best. It does take up most of the spa when it’s stretched out, but one side is the perfect head rest while the other side fits perfectly under the knees, allowing for feet to either fall into the water or prop up on the side of the spa. It’s good as a chair, too. We sit deep in the water, but still off the ground by a fist or so. Of course, legs have to bend somewhere in such shallow water, but it’s still a sitting position and it keeps you high enough for soaking. Only thing is, there’s no back rest, so you have to use the side wall. But with the floaties up under your arms, it takes some adjustment and getting used to. Whereas, as a saddle, it’s the same floating height you get as a chair, but knees are more on the ground. And the floaties at your front and back is kind of weird, but at least it’s a backrest. To hang on to it like a drifter doesn’t really apply in our shallow usage. But the three positions we tried out do all work in their own way. The hammock feels well-constructed. The plastic floaties have a pleasant feel to them, just not the typical blow-up-toy PVC plastic. We can’t speak for how long it will last, but we can update this review if needed. As we said, it was moderately easy to inflate. Usually we just point our dusting blower into the hole of inflatables, but that wasn’t taking very well. We changed to the pointy attachment and that did better, but slowly. Moving it about, we hit an angle that finally did it. Poof! Blown up in a couple seconds. Guess we learned the trick for next time. Now we’re all set to sit/float in the cool pool. Yeah, we’re weird. We don’t heat the spa. We prefer to play in cool water, but we have no room or energy for a whole pool. At least this way, we can get wet and cool off. Besides, it’s quite a ride on a floatie if we turn on the jets!

Sturdy and easier to pack than anything else I've found so far.
I ordered two of these - blue and orange. They're just the same except color. I removed one star because of the price... these are pretty pricey. I paid several dollars less for similar ones (different colors / pattern) at a local chain store and I found absolutely no difference in quality between these and those. They''re even the same brand and in the same box. But if you decide to purchase these for the convenience of having them delivered to your door, here's my review... I purchased these for a six-day long vacation because I needed floats that would be lightweight and pack up fairly small. These are perfect for that. They pack smaller and weigh MUCH less than full-length inflatable floats. I was surprised at the quality and durability... they were excellent about holding air with very little to no leakage. They're also easy & quick to inflate. I used them in pools and also at the beach in the protected waters near the shore. (I am NOT advising anyone to do that... I am just telling you what *I* did.) I weigh about 165 and they held me up well. I never worried about tipping or going under. I'm confident that they'll hold up ~ 200 lbs. with no trouble. Maybe more. I think this is my favorite type of float because I could sit / recline on them but my midsection was slightly submerged. It's much easier to keep cool that way! Also, I find that they are easier to get on and off of than the usual full-length floats. That's just me, though. Your mileage may vary. :) Anyway... Reviews have helped me make LOTS of great choices, warned me about not-so-great ones and probably saved me from wasting money! I try to repay the favor by writing detailed, helpful ones. Buy one for every member in your family! You won’t regret it.
Love this it’s so perfect! You can use this in so many different ways whether lounging, sitting or swimming. I like to use it while sit/floating - you can use like a swing/sling (with floats under arms), you can straddle sit (with floats in front and back of you) or you can swim/float on your stomach (with floats under your armpits). You can use it like a floating devise while swimming forwards and backwards with arms stretched in front of your head (like a paddle board), it’s really so versatile!! You can even use it for tanning if you keep your body straight enough and it works your core a little while you balance without putting stress on your neck (especially if you adjust how much air you want in each float). It can be a little challenging to lay flat on your stomach to tan your backside but if you keep one leg straight and the other slightly bent out to your side, and then release some air from the neck float it’s manageable and doesn’t hurt your neck. I like to lay an my back and do leg lifts while floating (with one float under my neck and the other under my knees) and do small sit-ups by bringing my knees forward with the head float supporting my head. There’s no pressure On your spine since your floating by you can feel the burn in your tummy. I also like to use it for stretching my legs/IT band by putting one leg in at a time with the mesh part in the water gathered/resting by your ankle. I use the resistance of the floats to stretch by leaning forward and rotating my leg. My favorite is to just lay with one pillow under my neck and the other below my knees, with my arms straight out, eyes closed- just free floating. It feels so nice because your body stays in the water because of the sling/swing & your neck and head rest comfortably on the neck float. Perfect size for my short legs 5’4. My husband can use it too at 5’10 but I think the larger size would be more comfortable for him to fully stretch and lounge his long legs. If you need more room on the sides and don’t want your arms hanging freely in the water, get the larger one because I read it’s wider and longer. This one has just enough coverage to clear my hips and not too long for my height. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE. And I think I want to get the bigger one for my hubby as a gift because he loves it too and always tries to steal it from me. Lol.

A great investment for travel or home use
I LOVE these floaties. I love the assortment of colors and the ability to buy them in different quantities. What I REALLY love is that they arrive air packed and in a VERY small box. I take these with me every time I go on vacation or a cruise. I inflate them on vacation and then just leave them there for the next guest because they are so inexpensive and they fit so well in a suitcase. I also use them in my home pool and the multiple colors look wonderful and they are able to be used in so many ways. They last incredibly well. High quality and stay inflated through the summer.

Awesome while lasted.
I LOVED this!! While it lasted. I've only had it for 2 months, used maybe 8-10 times. It developed air leaks in 3 places, where the stitching is on one end. Sad. For that price. Do I buy again for $25? No.

Fun in the sun
Love the style of float. I live on the Gulf Coast and this is great for floating in the water and not getting knocked off. It’s easy to store in the cooler months. It doesn’t take up much room in the car. I’ve had my first one for three years now and I purchased two more.

Great to take on vacations
Easy to fold and pack in suitcase. We bought two and take them with us when we go away on vacation. We've had people that were in the water with us, ask about them. Very easy to inflate. Great deal for the money.

Me encantó
