Poor lighting connector connection with iPhone. You have to wiggle it and then don't move the phone or you'll lose the audio output. Same issue with both cables. I guess you get what you pay for.

My first one broke/bent at the lightning port end within 1 day. The plug is not reinforced in any way and takes very little pressure to bend and break, especially given the lightning port length. It also seems to disconnect with the iPhone randomly needing to be unplugged and plugged in again. These are (unfortunately) badly built and badly integrated knockoffs that often work poorly or just snap like a twig. Save your money

All and well when they sell u 2 for the price of 1 for a specific reason as they are really fragile- 1 stopped working within 3 days so I had to use the other on and then the second one the end bit snapped lol I can’t make this up- I wouldn’t recommend this product just buy the original from Apple u can’t go wrong this guys are cheap

Only 1 of the ear speakers work with these. I know my headphones are ok as I checked them in another device but when I link them to my phone through this connector only one ear piece works - so frustrating

Started off well and I was pleased. Then after 5 weeks the connector stopped integrating. So iPhone wouldn’t know it had a headphone. Waste of money and very annoying to my wife who suddenly had to hear my audiobook at night.
