Love this knife
I use this knife for General cooking. It arrived super sharp. The blade is thicker than my desire but I'll survive. I've been using it for about 2 1/2 weeks and haven't had to sharpen it yet.

Looks nice, probably won’t last long.
You can tell it is a cheaper knife by the weight. It loses its edge pretty quickly. Hone before every use. My last santoku knife lasted 20 years until the handle material started breaking. That was $100 20 years ago. This one is too cheap to even have professionally sharpened. I mainly ordered this to get by until I find my dream knife.

Nice knife but on occasion I still needed to move the blade back and forward for a clean easy slice. Good value for the money. Nice knife. Lovely packaging

Beautiful Knife
Extremely sharp, well balanced. I gave it the old tomato test and it pasted with flying colors.

Just ok!
It wasn’t evenly weighted, so it didn’t feel easy to use, the handle was way too light for a blade that long. The sharpness was decent, not terrible but not the best I’ve used. Just an average knife that’s huge
