Fantastic product that can save you money in repairs if you know what you are doing.
I have used this product on my home air conditioning central air unit which is over 50 years old and it has stopped the leak in my coil and I have used their other product in my refrigerator and it has also worked fantastic.

Money Saver!
Needed to top off the refrigerant every year. It would last the whole summer. The leak got worse last year. It'd leak completely after a week. Without spending big money to hire a professional, the leak saver allows the top off to last the whole summer. Happy customer 🙂

Not an easy install, take your time and study the instructions and procedures.
The good news is that the leak sealer appears to have worked for my home AC system that was losing refrigerant slowly. The bad news is that this is NOT a simple process. I consider myself fairly handy, I have renovated bathrooms, I have tackled plumbing and electrical projects, I have done numerous carpentry projects, but I have never worked with HVAC systems before. Despite the instructions seeming simple and straightforward, I still managed to screw up and sucked some air into our AC system. If you are using manifold gauges and hoses for the first time, do yourself a favor and watch as many youtube videos as you can. Follow the instructions EXACTLY, TO THE LETTER, and DO NOT DEVIATE from the steps or the order they are in.

You have been warned!
Do not buy; Leak Saver does not work. I normally use Easy Seal, but this time I decided to try Leak Saver because of the cheaper price. The product went in very easily without any problem. I ran the product for over 24 hours. On the second day, I noticed the temperature was hotter in my home. I checked my thermostat; it was reading 82 degrees. I went to my unit and visually checked around it. Then I spotted it: the infamous frozen line. After a few curse words, I got back on Amazon and ordered what I know works; I ordered two packs of Easy Seal, I kept one pack as a backup. I serviced my unit. On day 5, my unit is still holding with the Easy Seal in it. I shall never purchase anything else but Easy Seal for my old AC units.

Wow...it works! Even on high side leaks!!! Read!
Ok please read my back story. I'm a handy guy, I can fix almost anything. There are only two mechanical things I am not experienced in. 1) Automotive transmissions and...2) Home HVAC. I know the basic principle of home HVAC but never had the tools to work on it or guidance to teach me. Anyway, I have a house on the water, ocean access water in the Ft Lauderdale area. The AC on my home is a 20 year old 4 ton Rheem unit, R22 and exposed to salty humid air. It cools fantastic but over the years there have been a few leaks on the U tubes on the condenser coil (the outside unit, high side) and I had a long time AC guy that has welded the leaks and got me going. This last time a couple weeks ago the AC guy basically told me "my AC is shot I need an entire new system and he can't and won't attempt another repair, the cost of a new system is $8,000". Well I don't have $8,000 so he basically told me "good luck" and left. That's when I started researching these leak stop shots. My long time AC guy said my R22 system was empty and I believed him because the AC was cooling one day, then the next day freezing up then the next day barely blowing cold, the next day the low pressure switch was shutting the compressor down. Ok so I did my research. I bought two of these Leak Saver injections and a 15 pound can of R22....which was incredibly expensive, but cheaper than a new system. So i hooked the can of R22 to the leak savers and shot them in followed by a nice charge of R22. It's been about 2 weeks and the AC has never worked better! Also my AC guy said my system was empty, it's a 4 ton and holds about 11 pounds of R22 and it took 7 pounds to fill so I have plenty of extra 22 and an extra leak saver for the future just in case. People, this Leak Saver WORKS! My 4 ton R22 split system was leaking out at a rate that would have left it empty in a week, it's been 2 weeks and it's blowing cold! Plus I am putting the gauges on every few days to monitor pressure, it is stable! I am amazed this Leak Saver worked. Blown away actually. I gave this stuff about a 5% chance of working on a 4 ton high side leak. Give this a shot before spending thousands. Your biggest expense will be buying R22 but it is available online.

Best used when condenser is running
Retired HVAC Tech, occasionally work for friends & family. This product was very easy to install, works best if condenser is running. Install on suction side, run discharge side through gages and inject product into suction. Takes only a second or two to empty. We'll see if it does as promised, then I'll re-write my review.

Well packaged
This Leak stop fluid is well packaged and seems easy to use. Initially it was purchased for emergency repair on a failing unit. The evaporator ended up having major pan issues and other problems as well and was replaced before the leak stop could be used. Will keep it to be prepared for next time. I've used this product in automotive applications with very good results.
