Tales of Sasha 5: The Plant Pixies

My 5.5 year old daughter has whipped through the series (#6 as of today) at an ever increasing rate. Any book series that can accelerate her love of reading is great in my book (pun intended). I have a feeling I will be purchasing the entire series before long. I have had to discourage her reading the books in the car on the way to school because I don't want her to get motion sickness is a testament to how much she loves this series.

My 6 year old daughter LOVES this series! I was concerned that she wouldn’t be interested since the illustrations are just basic black and white sketches, but it didn’t deter her at all. We read these every night before bed. I love that these are chapter books so it leaves her in suspense and teaches patience instead of delay gratification.Amazing stories and just fun and imaginative.She and I recommend these for anyone aged 5-9!

My friend gave us the first two books as sort of a joke because my name is Sasha. Little did she know that we'd love this series! I like the characters in each book. This one has longer chapters which I love for my 5 year old. We read two chapters a night which equals about 8 pages. There's a picture on each page which keeps her entertained. We already bought book 6 for her birthday!

My 6 year old daughter is loving this series. I bought the entire series after she loved reading the first one. She reads them very quickly so the series won’t last the summer as I had hoped, but she finds them entertaining, funny and thoughtful.
