I really wanted to LOVE this book. But I just didn’t. I find it hard believe so many women loved it. Are we that lost to connection to ourselves this is where we find connection & inspiration?! It’s repetitive and lacks any real methods that could support women. Maybe if your just entering into this kind of work and are completely new to working on yourself, then this book might be helpful. It’s all glamour & spiritual glitz & no real depth or evidence based support for women.
