Feature rich
We used the Cuisinart brand coffee makers for yrs. Then started having leaking issues with each one so we searched different brands, finally settling on Krups. Was supposed to have same features, but nothing worked right on the Krups! Back to Cuisinart. It may develop the leak out of the bottom eventually, but at least we have the longer warm time and auto prog like we like that works! This is a very nice coffee maker, looks sharp, very user friendly, can select bold or regular brew(although we Didn't notice the difference), 3 levels of warmer heat, high is HOT but most important to us, you can program the auto off for up to 4 hours! Now we can set it to make when we want to and if we sleep in or one gets up earlier we still have hot coffee and it doesn't taste old! It's wonderful! Also it has a bright blue back light on clock as well as the individual buttons. I just hope it lasts a good while!!!

Great upgraded Cuisinart model! Love it!
My old Cuisinart 12 cup stainless steel coffeemaker died and I really wanted another by Cuisinart. This model is an upgrade from the other one, I love the stainless steel and black design and it matches my stainless steel dishwasher, microwave, and stove very well. The coffeemaker brews a great cup of coffee, has a choice of bold or regular brewing, and you can adjust the carafe warmer temperature. This upgraded model has fixed the problem of the carafe pouring backward all over the place when pouring and pours accurately into the cup. The water tank has a visible line on the side to view water level that the other one did not have. Easily programmable for timed brewing for the person who likes their coffee the minute they stumble from their bed. Everyone who loves coffee should own one!

Nice coffeemaker!
This a nice coffeemaker but this company will send you the wrong one and then say they can’t get this one anymore but now they are selling it again on here. I finally got ‘this coffeemaker somewhere else and it works great and makes a great great cup of coffee, but do not but it from this company!

HIGHLY Recommended!
This is by far THE best coffee maker I've ever owned! The coffee it produces is among the best coffee I've ever had. We use the 'Bold' setting and the flavor of the coffee is simply delicious. I don't understand ANY of the criticisms levied on this coffee maker, as I simply can't find fault with it. I don't mind at all that I have to remove the lid from the pot. In fact, I find that to be a GOOD feature; it makes it easier to clean and the lid doesn't get in the way when I'm either filling the pot or pouring it into the coffee maker. For ME and my way better half, it's all about the TASTE of the coffee that a coffee maker produces that's THE most important thing. In the case of this Cuisinart coffee maker, it produces THE best tasting coffee we've ever made in our home. I'd give it TEN stars if I could. HIGHLY recommended!

Not worth it
Worked good for a year and a half. Has now stopped making coffee. It has been cleaned multiple times and been very well taken care of. Unfortunately, it just shoots out water and spills everywhere. You’re better off spending a few extra bucks on a better coffee maker.

I purchased this Cuisinart nearly 5 months back and happy to report it's operating perfectly
I purchased this Cuisinart nearly 5 months back and happy to report it's operating perfectly. I have one major consideration when purchasing a coffeemaker: That it makes hot coffee and it keeps it hot. The Cuisinart passes with flying colors. It has all the necessary bells and whistles. You can set up timed brews, you can alter how long the coffeemaker will stay on keeping the coffee warm, etc. Easy to clean. Easy to program. If there's a drawback, and it's very minor, the top lid needs to be raised to pour the water in; it doesn't retract fully back, stopping vertically at 90 degrees, which creates a very slight clearance problem when trying to get the very last bit of water in. My prior coffeemaker lid retracted 180 degrees. Once again, very minor. It adds an extra second to the process. Overall, a solid coffeemaker at a good price.

Good coffee maker.
Very nice coffee maker. I had an older model that I liked very much except the lid over the water reservoir would collect condensate and when lifted, would flow down the back of the machine. The lid on this coffee maker is flat and there is a small catch ledge that is angled to run the condensate back into the reservoir vastly reducing the mess. The coffee maker comes with a gold filter which is fine, but I find it too small and the coffee over flows making a similar mess as paper filters. Also, the grounds make their way into the carafe. I don't really see the point so I went back to my paper filters and will save the gold filter for when I need it.It has all the usual buttons which I don't use and it's easily programmed. The only nit is that the screen is awfully bright and I wish I could dim it.

Be careful what you are buying.
This machine looks like a Cuisinart DCC3200, except for the front panel buttons. It came in a box labeled "Cuisinart", and it makes coffee well, like a Cuisinart. However, Amazon displays no model number at the top of its ad for this, and the model number 2/3 down the page is CBC6400, and the model name starts with "AMZ". Cuisinart's site has no such model. But a Google search found entries for the 6400 model in Cuisinart-Canada. Seems I bought a coffeemaker that bears the name "Cuisinart", and seens to work well, but I don't know for certain what it is. All I know for sure is, it's not a 3200.

Excellent Quality, Thoroughly Recommended
Excellent product, works exactly as designed and is good quality. What wasn't in the product description is that it comes with your first charcoal water filer, several No.4 paper filters if you need them, and the gold tone mesh removable filter basket that some use without filter papers, then all you need to do is rinse after use. The only fault I have with Cuisinart machines is that their digital displays aren't very clear when viewed from the normal viewing angle - above. They're great at eye level however.Great product, I recommend it. Also this merchant sent it in an amazingly short time.

I have had good results for years with Cuisinart Coffee Makers
Bought this unit to replace a similar one that I had for years. I have always had good luck with Cuisinart Kitchen Products. This unit is a replenished one and it is the first time I have bought a unit that was not new from a retailer. Should be alright.

Great Price! Bought this to replace a more expensive ...
Great Price! Bought this to replace a more expensive Cuisinart brewer that worked well for nearly 10 years before the electronic control went Kaput. This one is noiser for sure, thus the 4 stars only. It gurgles and clunks away in a disturbing way as it brews. However, the price was right and it brews good coffee. For now. The short 3 month warrantee is a bit of a concern though.
