I've been trying different ways to get my podcast to sound really good without us having to have microphones in our faces on-camera, and after my lavalier mics had a problem and had to be sent in for warranty repair, I decided to try the RODE VideoMic NTG that I had in my studio as a way to capture audio from both myself and my co-host. I was running it on top of my camera in the shoe mount on my prompter, but I thought it might be better to get it closer to us, so I grabbed an old desk mic stand and a tripod adapter I had for it and figured that would be a good way to go. The problem is, the VideoMic NTG doesn't take a tripod thread, it takes one of those smaller mic stand threads. So, I ordered these adapters - and they work perfectly. Great fit, not overpriced, nice and sturdy metal adapters that let me transform tripods into mic stands if I need to. 100% recommended if you need something like this and don't want to drop four times the price on a mic stand.

These screws allowed me to put different things on my tripod, ONE THING they are "fine threads" and some tripods have lower threads per inch so it will not work with everything. But almost everything

I had these on a wishlist for a long time. When I was checking the list recently, I noticed them and saw how inexpensive thew were, so I ordered the. I could have sworn I needed them to fit this phone mount onto a regular camera tripod. However, when they arrived, I found that the phone mount already screwed onto the 1/4" tripod screw just fine. So I must have needed this for something else. Ha ha, oh well. They're pretty nice so I'll hold on to them anyway. If I ever want to mount a camera (or this phone mount) on a mic stand or something, these may come in handy.

This was the perfect solution to my little Manfrotto light stand problem. I'm really impressed with the quality, the fact they give you both options make to femal as well as adapters! And at a bargain of the century! I also received a 5% coupon! Awesome!!! Highly recommended!

There was a mistake in my order, they have sent me the wrong size for two pieces out of 4. Please double check that the shipment matches the description with the right cotnent. But the quality is good and sturdy overall.
