Rock-Solid for Glassing
As a big game hunter who spends more time behind a spotting scope than most folks spend watching TV, I need gear that doesn’t fail in the field. This HITHUT 100mm quick release plate has been rock-solid for glassing sessions with my Swarovski spotter. I paired it with an Arca-compatible tripod head, and it locked in with no wiggle, no fuss. The plate is sturdy, well-machined, and the mounting screws (both 1/4" and 3/8") give it the flexibility to match different optics or tripod setups. Whether I'm on a ridgeline picking apart distant basins or just dialing in before a hunt, this thing stays put and keeps my expensive glass stable—even in windy conditions. For the price, it’s a no-brainer. It may not have a big brand logo stamped on it, but it’s proven itself in real-world use. If you’re a serious hunter who relies on a spotting scope to find your quarry, this plate won’t let you down.

Arca Swiss adapter plate
Well made Arca Swiss adapter plate. I mounted this on my 180-600mm zoom lens. Holds it very secure to use on my monopod.

Works on Intrepid camera
I got this plate to mount an Intrepid MKV 4x5 camera to a tripod. This plate has both a 3/8" and 1/4" screws that match up to the Intrepid, and using both screws keeps the plate from turning. Unlike a plate for a long lens, this one is flat (no lip), so it will fit most things. There is also padding on top to help with protection/slippage. The screws both tighten okay, but you have to be careful of the handles on them catching each other and loosening one as you tighten the other. The plate fits both a RRS ballhead and an ARCA Swiss with a bit of fine tuning on the clamp. Its a pretty nice plate for the money. Fit and finish are okay. I have other ARCA and RRS plates, and honestly, it's probably not as nice as them, but it is a fraction of the price.

Perfect for telephoto lenses
Perfectly fits telephoto lenses with tripod foot. Screws into the standard 1/4 inch socket to provide Arca compatible tripod mounting. The long length makes it easy to balance long telephoto lenses. I use it almost every time I photograph wildlife with my 200-800 mm Canon lens.

Affordable yet solid
Nice product— well made and sturdy (you are, after all, trusting your camera to this piece). It has two screws (1/4 20 + 3/8) so it bolts securely to my Tilta baseplate. Fits with Arca Swiss mounts perfectly. I’ve already banged it around some and don’t see any silver peeking through the black so their powder coating is well done. This guy will probably stay on my rig for years.

It Works!
I needed a longer Arca plate for my Tamron aftermarket tripod collar for the 50-400. It adds weight to my set up but it works great. The double screw setup makes it much more secure and eliminates the chance of rotation.

Does the job but not perfectly.
I'm using it between my 600mm lens tripod foot and my tripod. It's a little wobbly even with both screws tightened. I added a third pin to help stabilize it, other wise my lens/camera will twist a little left & right on my tripod mount. One of the mounting screws came loose on it own and I almost lost the screw.

Not Arca Style mount compatible
Would have worked fine, if it fitted a Arca style mount, this plate it too wide and the sides are the wrong shape. The add said suitable for an Arca style mount, which it is not.
