Used these to attach gym equipment to a ceiling and they work well for that. Make sure the screws are all lined up with a beam to ensure it can hold whatever you plan to attach securely. For gym purposes I only needed each mount to hold about half of my bodyweight and as a test I found that one mount alone can hold the full weight of me and a friend so they are more than fit for this purpose.

Seem good quality. Used for indoor gymnastics rings. Would be nice to know their size to know what size pilot hole to drill. I did an 8mm hole and that worked fine
