I like how manuvable the bike is and how quick it is too from the get go. I will say that the sensor in for the pedal assist does come out after a few bumpswhich is probably normal. Either way, good amount of power for me. Now, the geometry of the bike is great looking, but based off the lower swing arm, after hitting a large bump the rear shock would hit the saddle tube. The front fork is great for small bumps, large bumps the fork bottoms out. A little too soft of a fork. But for a road cruiser its great. The seat. The seat is great for small trips, but I'd consider investing in a commuter seat if you are planning on using it for that purpose.

This is an amazing bike for the price point. I will concur with others that the seat is not at all comfortable. I do suggest upgrading it to a more comfortable seat. The only real issue I had was with the battery. It did not recharge. My partner ordered a bike and had no issues with his battery. So, there was some back and forth (verifying the issue) with the battery. The customer service did send a replacement, just expect that there will be about a 12 to 24 hour time frame for a response. I've been using it since I got it 2 months ago and it is very enjoyable to ride. I like the quick response from the throttle when you need to start quickly. The full suspension also is nice to add to the comfort of the ride.Another thing we liked is that the bike is mostly assembled. You just need to put on the seat, the front tire, the peddles and the handle bar. Keep in mind, this is a heavy bike, but still manageable.The battery has a good amount of life on it depending on how fast you choose to go or be assisted with.

This is a solid bike. You'll need a better seat and if you're over 6 ft you will need a seat extender. I haven't been able to go over 15 mph but that's ok with me.

I would have gave 5 stars, if it wasn't for the hardwares and tools in bad condition. Lucky it was easy to find the hardwares at home depot. The tools have.

I just received my bike, I always read instructions first for EVERYTHING I purchase, the instruction manual is so poorly written I’m seriously thinking about returning, 1: out of principle, give buyer the respect to have logical, responsible, safe instructions, especially when doing international business 2: now I have doubt with company if any complications should occur, how they may or may not be able to communicate with me to solve issues 3:WTF ….. I will write another review once I put it togetherI upgraded my review, once I put it together, instructions were of No help, I really enjoy this bike, I have had a couple great rides and looking forward to the weekend to really test it!… for the price so far so good!!!! I would recommend this product, just ignore the poor instructions!
