The items received were crooked and looked very cheap.Whilst my order arrived very quickly, and returned the same day when I saw the quality of the item, I am still waiting 5+ weeks later for my refund to be processed.

I purchased something like this from Target first. It was only a few dollars cheaper. But it would only stick for a couple seconds before it fell. This product had good reviews but thought I would have to use the adhesive patches though I didn’t want to. Nope! It sticks like a champ to my stainless steel sink with the suctions! We even remove it to clean under it, give it a wipe down and suction it right back on. Same powerful stating power! We have had it for about a month or two and are super happy. This is a great product!

Well, unfortunately I don’t have a pic to post because before I could my wife had been so fed up with the thing she chucked it before a video or pic could be taken of if falling almost immediately after attempting to stick it to any surface. I honestly thought it was because of the surface material that our sink is made of, only to type that out very quickly, I tried our counters, refrigerator, cabinets and even our walls. All took about 2-3mins and it would just fall no matter completely dry or applying a little bit of water to assist with the suction.

We initially thought the small nubs on the bottom were for the suction cups, and were dissapointed becuase when using the suctions cups in that position, the holder was top-heavy and fell over. Then we used the adhesive and it worked great for about 3 months before the adhesive wore out. That's when we realized that (as shown in the product pictures) the suction cups fit in the small squares in middle! That gave this product new life (in our defense there were no clear instructions included in the box regarding the use of the suction cups). Since then, this has been a great product and hasn't fallen off (we store a soap dispensing dish wand, a steel scrubber, and the sink drain plugs in this caddie).

I was really excited to get this product in the mail and start using it. I first chose to use the 2 suction cups that it comes with and they held up fine for about a day. Then there was a loud crash the next night that about scared all of us to death. When I investigated, the shelf had fallen and the suction cups were no longer holding. I was frustrated, but I resorted to using the adhesive backing they sent instead. This did not even last a full day before the shelf again came off the wall. Both methods failed to hold up, making the shelf pretty useless for me. However, the actual shelf is built great and I wish it would stay up because it was exactly what I needed. I can't decide if I will return it or try to find some other hooks to hold the shelf. The two methods they sent are useless.
