Helps a lot with my scoliosis & back pain
My sister recommended this to me and said she loves it. I have mostly lower back pain as well as scoliosis~ I also noticed as I get older, my posture is not as good as it should be. This back stretcher relieves my back pain and makes me feel more โelongatedโ if that makes any sense. With my stiff back, the pain feels so good once u stretch out, I do 5 mins on lower back, shimmy it to mid-back do 5 mins there, and then the same with upper back. I will say the plastic panel is really hard to insert in slot~ I was panting after trying to get it on the lowest setting. As far as pplโs issues with it collapsing under their weight, I do not have problems with that and I am a 140-150 lb female. Not sure what the weight limitations might be. All in all, a great purchase.

Comfort
I find this very uncomfortable the plastic discs under the clear cover r very hard. It does stretch the back. I can only stand it for about two minutes

Technically a 3.5, yet rounded to a 4 because it's more my physiology
I have neck arthritis, and back issues, so I - admittedly - was hoping for a miracle, which did not occur, yet this helps a lot with proceeding through life, month to month. Seeing a chiropractor is stressful for me (I don't find it relaxing), so this is a worthy replacement/instead of...and for that, I thank them/the product. (I just wish it did more, and my physiology is not a pain diva at times).

Impossible to set up
This back stretcher looks like it is made well, and may work for some people. Unfortunately, you have to be Hercules to bend the top part enough, while trying to stabilize the bottom part with your knees, to get the top part into place into the bottom grooves. I am not a big burly guy, and don't have one handy. I tried everything, and there was no way I could get this contraption set up to try it. I also felt that to put more pressure into, (put my back into it), could strain my back even more. It was a disappointment.

Wonโt support 200 lb
I think this would work fairly well for lower and mid back, but only for lighter people. No real direct help for cervical spine. The curved support collapsed under my weight. Returned.

Difficult to Manipulate
The hard plastic was a little difficult to manipulate, but finally done. It is easy to use - just lay on it. And I do feel a stretch. If you gently roll on the bumps, it activates accu-pressure points. Not the most comfortable, but you only need a few minutes at a time daily.

Very good for relaxing back muscles and stretching out
Very good for relaxing back muscles and stretching out. I have scoliosis and sit at computer all day, this helps. It is hard to change the angle though, seems very stiff when try adjust. Like can use large bump pad or remove it for small bumps pushing on the back.
