Product performance is not bad. Ordered second time. But my experience with the after sales service is worst ever. I would say No after sales service! So please be aware of it. In my second order , parts were incomplete. If such a trend continues I am sure no body would like to purchase it.

One battery pack has no charge at all and even after 5 hours of charging it was not getting charged. The second battery had charge but after initial use I could not get it charged. They had provided a 12 vatts charger. I dont know whether the problem is with the charger or batteries provided with the trimmer.The machine was working properly with the charged battery. No complaint on that aspect.

This is a powerful machine that cuts well. It is easy to maneuver and to change from one angle to another. All the features are user friendly. The machine is definitely geared to cutting/trimming/edging grass and small weeds. It also cuts through small vines. I tried using it to trim a clump of iris and it did not work well because it tore the leaves instead of cutting them.

Not the expected quality material, battery doesn’t last long either. Would not recommend it
