Came crushed will not reshape

It seems like everything I buy arrives either bigger or smaller than how I pictured it! This one is smaller -- and it's adorable, I love it! (I usually buy Vera Bradley products from verabradley com or their online outlet, when it's open, but this little doo-dad wasn't available anyplace else anymore, and I'd been eyeing it for ages, so didn't really have a price choice (bought it in "Sunlit Garden," @31.26).)
