I just received my dehumidifier from Pure Enrichment and my family is absolutely in LOVE with it! I love the quiet features with the fan at level 1 (level 2 is too loud for us) and the sleek design. We have other Pure Enrichment products in our home so it fits nicely within our home aesthetic. Our AC is also supposed to dehumidify our house (we live in Georgia), but there is definitely water accumulating in the unit. I am hoping that this dehumidifier will help our clothes dry faster on the drying rack in our keeping room and help our food last longer. Thank you for creating such a beautiful and compact product! We are super happy with our purchase!

I use this in a very moist environment in the pnw. It works great at pulling out around a liter each week inside a keystone 17 foot travel trailer, and keeps moisture from developing.One downside is that it lasted less than three months before my unit failed, and had to request a warranty. The warranty process is easy, and simple, provided you have your Amazon order number and make sure you know what size your model is. I hope the durability of the model will get better, as I am hoping it can do what it needs to do, reliably.

Despite its sleek design, portability, and quiet operation...it doesn't work as a dehumidifier. It does make the air smell much fresher while it's on (which is a nice side effect) but that's not what I bought this for. After 4 days, the water tank STILL hasn't even filled with more than a few teaspoons of water (see photo) which makes no sense given that this dehumidifier has been on all day, every day since I got it 4 days ago. I bought this to dehumidify my bathroom as it doesn't have a fan (that's old New England apartments for you). I wish this worked for its intended purpose but it does not. I do not understand the positive reviews about this.

These compact units are perfect for small spaces. They provide the best humidity control available at a very reasonable price. We live in a 1,200 sq. ft. Condo on the Gulf Coast of Florida. We have 1 Elite Dehumidifier Extra Large 2 Liter and 2 Deluxe Dehumidifier Mid-size 1.5 Liter. The Deluxe units are in the bedrooms and the Elite unit is in the main part of the Condo.The improvement in air quality is amazing.The amount of moisture pulled from the air will depend on the humidity level, but our 3 units produce more water in a week than we need to water our plants. I do not understand the noise complaints as the noise is negligible and pales in comparison to other devices in a home such as computer, refrigerator, air purifier, AC and ceiling fans. We barely notice the purr.Of course, we can’t do a review without a Shout Out to their great Customer Support Team – Thank You!

I used the dehumidifier in my bathroom. I had mildew from the moisture. The dehumidifier works great, no more mildew. It comes with a 5 year warranty. However, I am waiting for a replacement because it stopped working. I haven't received the replacement and I'm having trouble receiving a tracking number. They keep sending me here to give a review?

Where I live, it can get very humid during the summer. Last year I ordered this dehumidifier and it did a perfect job removing all the excess moisture from my room. Unfortunately, it broke down shortly after I brought it out again this year for unknown reasons. However, I was able to contact Pure Enrichment about this issue through their website and get a free replacement unit.

This dehumidifier is compact, very quiet, and the settings are easy to use. I rated 4 stars because my unit began stopping, with the on/off light blinking, after a month and a half of intermittent use in a small bathroom. That said, customer service is excellent — they responded quickly and sent a new unit to me. If I am still unhappy, they will refund me. Happy to try another unit since this dehumidifier fits perfectly where I need it.

I bought this for the downstairs common area in our small, old church that always has a musty smell in it.So far, this is working like a dream to remove the odors & the air just feels fresher.Tip: Add a bit of essential oil to the water...somehow it makes the room smell great, too!
