Firetruck Latch Hook Rug Kit

except I am making this in to a rectangular shape by adding a gold border an inch wide on all four sides and on the lower half filling the area be tween the wheels with oatmeal colored yarn speckled with tan and light brown to make it look like concrete and at the top filling in with light blue yarn and white to make a sky. I showed the boys and their parents and they are excited with what I am doing. I'm doing it this way to making binding it easier always been my experience to that it is easier to bind a straight edge and an irregular one. I also like that the canva is blank except for a 10 square x 10 square blue graph and you have to count the pieces of yarn out for each row the color graph is super easy to follow and the pattern is easy too; for example the pattern on they wheels is symmetrical....very easy to count

Bought this for my sons to display in the playroom. They love firetrucks! My almost 4 year old loves helping me with it. It does come blank but its not hard to tell where the colors go by counting. Can't wait to see it all done! Hook is NOT included.

There is only a grid on the mat, so you have to really pay attention and count squares or you will mess up. Not a huge deal, but it would be easier if mat had the picture on it.

I bought this as a gift for my grandson. He loves doing artwork. He says he really likes it. He wants to wait for the holidays to make it so he won't have to stop once he gets started. So it's all good.

Habe mir unter einer Vorlage etwas anderes vorgestellt! Die Vorlage ist ein Blatt Papier. Auf der sogenannten Leinenvorlage ist außer ein Raster nichts aufgedruckt und man ist mehr am zählen als am knüpfen. Fehler sind vorprogrammiert und ärgerlich. Macht alles sehr kompliziert und nimmt einem den Spaß!!! Wurde in der Beschreibung so nicht erwähnt.Würde das Produkt nicht noch einmal kaufen!

Es gab erst Probleme beim deutschen Zoll. Der Verkäufer hat aber umgehend und sehr nett reagiert und hat mir die Unkosten erstattet. Der Teppich ist für den Preis absolut ok.

Die Lieferung kam in relativ kurzer Zeit an (noch vor dem Termin, den Amazon angegeben hat). Das Gewebe ist mit Markierungen in 10er Schritten unterteilt, ebenso das Bild mit der Anleitung. Das Zählen geht also wirklich einfach und es stört mich nicht, dass das Bild nicht auf dem Gewebe aufgedruckt ist.Den einen Punkt Abzug gibt es, da das Gewebe sehr starr und fest ist und man dadurch z.T. Probleme hat, mit dem Knüpfhaken einfach und schnell in die 'Maschen' zu kommen.

I an disappointed in the final product. This was gift for my grandsons and can only be used as decoration. The yarn is constantly pilling and coming loose. I will have to use it as a wall hanging instead of a rug. Too bad.
