Great for the price
Easy to install, wiring harness connects and fits to the GM fitting perfectly. Lights sit in the spots snuggly and do not fallout or move. Be cautious to look at the underside of the lights to ensure you slide the correct end in first and not snap off the longer tabs that latch onto the tailgate or they will be loose and possibly fall out.

Falls out
The clips barely grip to hold it in place. Most times I open the step they just fall right out.

Perfectly additional bright lighting to help when using your tailgate step
I bought these lights to help brighten the cargo area at night. The light provides guidance when using the step as well as the ground to see what's around you. They are super easy to install. Took me about 15 minutes. There are no institutions but that's what Youtube is for. These lights are very bright and budget-friendly. Shipping was fast as well! Great mod, great price, and great look! I'd definitely recommend this product!!

Caulk Required
They look amazing and light up well, but they do not stay in the tailgate. They kept popping out, and at one point they popped out my rear view camera cables. I used Caulk to try to get them to stay in the tailgate and zip tied the cables down, but they popped out again. You just need to use strong stuff to keep the lights in place, and I wasn’t looking to damage the truck with a product that would do the job. I just returned it I wasn’t expecting this to become a project.
