Reading the instructions you are supposed to take 3 tablets 20 mins before eating 3 times a day. I found this too much so I opted for once a day in the morning. This still managed to reduce my flatulence. I don't take it every day but most days.

Took the before - one a day so approximately a 300mg dosage. It had minimal effects. However recently went to the proper 3 tablets before meals and up to 6 tablets a day and the results have been amazing. Feeling and visually much better especially after particular meals I know will bloat me. Definitely work for me.
