I love this stuff. If your wood is dry it absolutely soaks this up like a sponge and then you are waterproof. It seems to be non-toxic to plants, I got it all over my lawn painting my fence and the grass did not seem to care.

Did real well on wood and painted wood,but on concrete,it was terrible and would not dry.let it dry for 2 days still tacky, leafs where catching on it.it was 78 degrees and still would not dry.1 week later still tacky.i give it a f,don't buy it for concrete.

This is a great value for your money and if you need a good deal on one just do what i did and get one of these for the price. It’s a very durable product and it fits perfectly. Highly recommend this seller for your mower needs.

Your wood should be dry (ish) - this sealant will not stay tacky, you just need patients, let it dry abit. I used this all around our pool. The deck is nice natural greyed up wood (old, sun beat and reused 1 million times) and it did take an hour or so to dry ( in the hot sun) but after that, no prob, beads water off awesome! BTW, totally went swimming cuz forgot I sealed the decking bout hour and a 1/2 in, didn't matter tho the sealant was already dry. This is an excellent product. I bought it for the wood on my balcony, and it did a great job of protecting it against the rain. It's also very easy to apply. It does have a white consistency when first applied, however it turns clear when it dries.

Works well, drys clear even though it’s a milky colour . Clean up with water though it seems to leave a slight residue on the brush, also gives of a slight odour so best to use in an open environment ( open garage door etc).
